It can be acetylated with 11 α,17 α,21-trihydroxyprogesterone -4-en-3, 20-dione (I. e. epihydrocortisone) by (21-hydroxyl), (11-hydroxyl) sulfonylation and elimination [formation of 9(11)-double bond], (11 α-hydroxyl and 3-ketone) acetylation (3-ketone transfer hydroxyl, 4-position double bond into 3-position and 5-position double bond), (6 β-position) fluorination, hydrolysis to remove 3-position acetyl group (3-position, 5-position double bond back to 3-position ketone group and 4-position double bond) made the product.
